Free Shipping
We provide a free shipping option when a certain sub-total requirement is met. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide free shipping to wholesale accounts. Free Shipping uses an economy method and transit times vary. If you require your shipment to arrive within a certain timeframe, you may choose the applicable rate during checkout for a fee.

Shipping policy
Most parcel orders placed by 12:00pm EST ship same day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. While we strive to always meet this expectation, occasionally under normal circumstances and/or around holidays, some parcels may not ship within the aforementioned timeframe. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We can not be held liable for shipping issues outside of our control, such as with our shipping provider.

We ship via Purolator. For Purolator policies, please visit the Purolator website.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping. For international inquiries, please contact info@rubiomonocoat.com.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@rubiomonocoatcanada.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Order information can also be view by logging into your Account.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchange summary (Full Return Policy)
We accept returns up to 14 days after the order is placed, if the item is unused, unopened and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@rubiomonocoatcanada.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
