Where can I buy Rubio Monocoat?

Rubio Monocoat is available to purchase direct online via www.rubiomonocoatcanada.com.

You can also find the closest authorized dealer near you via our Dealer Search.

Where are you located?

We are located in St Catherines, ON.

Where is the product manufactured?

Izegem, Belgium.

How many coats are required?

We are a Monocoat ;)

One coat is all that is required.

Do you have a color chart to show to customers?

Yes, we have several ways to show colors to customers:

• Fans Decks are available for purchase.

• You can view colors on our Colors page.

• Download a Color Card on the respective product page in the downloads section.

Do you produce sample chips to ship?

Because of the varying wood prep and species, we do not produce samples. You can view sample swatches on our Colors page, purchase a Fan Deck, or purchase one of our Sample Sizes.

Do you have a clear or non-pigmented option?

Yes, it is called Pure.

The color Natural includes a light pigment.

What are your shipping options?

We provide a variety of Purolator shipping options. The options available to you will display during the checkout process.

How do I edit or cancel an order?

Once your order has been fulfilled and a tracking number has been created (an email with tracking info will be sent to the email associated with the order), we are unable to modify the order. If your order has not been fulfilled, please email us at orders@rubiomonocoatcanada.com with your order number and requested changes. Replying to the order confirmation email is easiest.

Please note: There is a small window of time between fulfillment/tracking number creation and the system generated email you should receive. We can only modify orders prior to fulfillment.

Do you ship internationally?

We at Rubio Monocoat Canada only service Canada. For international inquiries, please contact the Rubio Monocoat nearest you for assistance with purchasing.

What do I do if I have not received my order?

If you do not receive your order, please review your delivery time-frame. Certain items and locations have a longer time-frame.

Locate your tracking information in the shipping confirmation email or log into My Account. Use the tracking information to track your order on the carrier’s website.

Check with family members, neighbors, co-workers, a building manager, or others who may have accepted your order if you were not home during a delivery attempt.

In your absence, the delivery carrier may have placed your order somewhere near your door, out of plain view. Look for your order in places such as a back door, garage, or behind bushes.

Allow 48 hours – in rare situations packages may state delivered up to 48 hours prior to arrival.

If you followed these steps and still cannot locate a past-due order, contact us.

Important things to remember:

• Most orders arrive within our estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.

• Tracking information may only be available for delivery confirmation.
