Southern Oaks Flooring

This sand and refinish job features 4,600 square feet of hardwood. The majority of the floor is 4-inch white oak. However, a few rooms feature a beautiful parquet pattern of white oak with walnut accents. The entire floor was finished with a custom blend of Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C and then the sheen was enhanced with Rubio Monocoat Universal Maintenance Oil "Black".
